Consistent promotion of your content on Facebook and email will bring new visitors to your blog. The next step in the Matcha formula is conversion. This means generating subscribers by capturing a new reader’s email. Matcha recommends a couple of different strategies:
- Use your content in organic AND paid Facebook
Content ads are a great way to make sure your blogs are finding engagement with new consumers in your target persona. When it comes to driving efficient traffic, Matcha’s customers who use content ads average a $0.09 CPC (Facebook's average is $1.72).
- Create multiple sign-up opportunities on your blog.
Make sure your blog includes multiple calls-to-action (CTAs) prompting readers to subscribe. At a minimum, you should have a subscription form on your blog homepage and on each individual blog page.
- Use Matcha’s locked content tool.
Putting valuable content behind a sign-up form (AKA locking it) is a great way to generate leads efficiently. Read more about how to lock content from the Matcha app.
