The trial does not include features available in Matcha’s performance plans. The performance plan will help to automate your blog and deliver predictable traffic and email subscribers as well as custom content creation. Learn more on our pricing page.

Why don’t I see traffic, engagement, or other results with my blog posts in Matcha Insights?
Matcha can only report on content engagement beginning when you first connect your blog. Historical blog data will not be included in your reports.

How do I get product support during my free trial?
You’ll find the answers to the most common product questions in the Matcha help center. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, you can submit a support request from the help center or directly from the Matcha app, and someone from our team will be in touch via email.
Can I keep Matcha content on my blog after my trial ends?
No. In accordance with Matcha’s EULA, all licensed content must be removed from your blog if you choose not to continue using Matcha.
If I upgrade to a paid plan during or after my trial, will I have to republish my articles?
No. If you become a Matcha customer, you can keep all the articles that you’ve published each month for as long as you remain a customer.
