Matcha will create ads from your blog content directly within your Facebook Ad Account. The monthly media spend should not exceed your package level and it will be billed directly to the credit card information on file within your Ad Account. You must have a valid form of payment entered into your ad account in order for Matcha to create ads.
If you received this message after connecting your Ad Account to Matcha, billing on the ad account you connected to Matcha is not set up yet.
In order to add billing information, follow these steps:
- Go to Business Manager > Business Settings > Accounts > Ad Accounts
- Select View Payment Methods
- Update billing details
- Set Your Account Spending Limit (optional) - You can set an account spending limit if you'd like to ensure spend does not exceed a certain amount. Your ads will pause when you reach the limit you set and won't run again until you increase or remove that limit.
Verify Your Billing is Working by clicking on your Ad Account and selecting View Payment Methods. You should see the last four digits of your credit card listed in this view.
Note: Your Business Manager information will not include your billing details as those are isolated to the specific Ad Account associated with your credit card.
